Creations of the last 20 years.
Here I present some of the most significant works that I have realized the last 20 years, in all domains of my specialisation. Each one of them is different, depending on the particularity of the site, the kind of building that I was called to deal every time, as well as the personality and the needs of the client that ordered me every particular building.
A Monument's Restoration
Restoration of a historical monument of Leros island with EU funds in the beginning of the 00's. Project, designs, realisation from me as "Domon" with help from "Habit" stuff.
When Neoclassical becomes Modern
Building a totaly new neoclassical Hotel with all amenities of a modern tourist facility is always a challange in order to keep original forms and high standards in the same time.

Convertion of a small minimal rural building in a modern residence and touristic facility in the same time. 40 sq.m. became 300 sq.m. in 7 levels, build in stone in the traditional way.
Restoring a traditional Neoclassical building.
A three storey neoclassical luxury mansion with rare frescos, abandoned since decades, became again alive and with all modern amenities without losing any of his caracteristics.
How minimal may be maximal
An example of how a small house may include a lot of functionalities and be able to host more people. Also an expample of traditional style with a concrete build house on a hill near the sea.
A complex of two stone build houses
It's a stone build residence and a guest-house. Build on the top of a hill overlooking two bays with a breathtaking view on the sea, the small green valles around and a magnificent sunset.
Stone build residence on the rocks
Another example of a stone build house inserted in a rocky steep slope, overlooking three bays. All made with stone, wood and natural materials, keeps company to the eagles.
Traditional volumes in modern version
An example of a concrete build house keeping traditional volumes but with modern aspect internal and external. A successfull marriage of traditional with modern.
A poor rural house becomes a home
In a rural area of Leros island we transformed a small house in a small but concise residence with charm and functionality, keeping all his original caracteristics.
Overlooking the Sea
Another example of a stone build house on a steep slope on the sea-side. Great view, great ambience, nice forms, simple but cozy interior, sweet moments looking the Sunset.
A villa in many levels and many volumes
A plot of land on the sea with a medium slope gives oportunity for a villa with many bedrooms dispersed in a complex rented as a luxury touristic accommodation during summer time.

A small complex of a residence with two guests-studios build of a really steep slope overlooking the small port of Pandèli and the open sea, as well as other islands around.

Restoration of an abused traditional house
Reestablishment of a traditional island house abused from renovations during the 50's and the 60's, making reemerge of his carateristics, with all modern amenities though.
Traditional volumes in stone walls
This residence build in stone is the example of craacteristic island volumes on a slope, in differnt levels, stairs, terraces, hidden coins and a superb view on Alinda bay in Leros island.
