Small House in Lipsi Island
It was in the late 90's that a friend, that allready owned a house in Lipsi island, asked me to build for him another small one for is guests, because he had many during summer time ...
We made the plans and started to build this house in April 1999. We finished it in August of the same year, some days before his guests were coming. It's a house with concrete scheleton, but the walls of the ground floor are made in stone. It's small (54 sq.m. all of it in two floors) but completely functional and has all comforts. In the ground floor there is a living and dinning area as well as a kitchen. In the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom.
