Residence in Pandèli, Leros (1)
This is a house with two studios in a complex of two residences. You can see the other house of the complex here. The main part is the owners' residence and the studios are for guests. The whole complex is built in a plot of land of 1.000 m2, with a breathtaking view overlooking the Pandeli bay, as well the open sea and other islands.
It was built in 2012-2013 on the upper part of a plot with on a steep slope, following land's configuration and creating in this way a lot o different levels, terasses, stairs and many privat corners. The main house consists in two bedrooms with on suite bathroom, kitchen, open plan living and dining room, a big veranda and a big open space dining terrace with a breathtaking view. There are two studios for guests with on suite bathroom and a small kitchenette, as well a garage with storage space. The whole complex is also rented for visitors when the owners are away.
