Convertion of a small minimal rural building in a modern residence and touristic facility in the same time. 40 sq.m. became 300 sq.m. in 7 levels, build in stone in the traditional way.The residence is situated in a rural area (Drymonas) of Leros
The entire property is built in stone and in the traditional. The project was realized in the years 1995-96. We preserved the old little house, as well as the sheepfold construction and we transformed them into the living room adding bedrooms, bathrooms and new living spaces. Below the main house we constructed a building of three charming studios to let. We preserved also many of the rural environment, like the two threshing floors which gave the name to this farm house. The result is a very agreeable and cozy ambience, in the main house as well as in the rented studios.
