Restoration of a traditional island house
This is a traditional lerian house build in several stages and renovated last time in the 60's, when also most of his original characteristics were hidden with plaster, double walls and new floors. Was baught in the year 2014 from a new owner, witch asigned to me and "Habit Costruction Company" the restoration.
In the begining we had to take out all elements that were hiding the original form of the house and after we had to try to put in evidence his particular characteristics, as well give new functionality to the hole. We had to separate the house in two living units (following owner's needs), one in the ground floor ad a second in the first floor. The result is what you see in the photo-gallery here.
